
G-AXLS is a homebuilt-type plane. It has a wooden airframe covered with plywood and specially treated fabric. It's basically a 2+2 seater (ie. there's room for 2 children in the back or some extra luggage if you prefer). DR1050s usually have an engine of about 100 HP and will cruise along at around 105 kts (around 190 km/h).
 
VH-TLF is a Jodel D11 Club owned and built by Mr Leo Quinn. It is fitted with a Rolls Royce Continental O-200 engine of 100 HP and will propel two people (and their lunch etc) along at around 100 kts (around 185 km/h).
